Empowering Youth, Transforming Lives: Skilling for a Brighter Tomorrow through "Shanti Devi Agarwal Skill Development Program

We are happy to introduce the launch of  Shanti Devi Agarwal Skill Development Program, a transformative initiative aimed at empowering the youth of Churu and neighboring regions through varied skills and trainings in sectors like Hospitality and Healthcare.  This groundbreaking program is introduced by  Gauri Shanker and Nirmala Agarwal Foundation, in collaboration with the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) and Lohiya College, Churu.

Shanti Devi Agarwal Skill Development Program is designed to bridge the gap between education and employability by equipping young individuals with industry-relevant skills. The program is tailored to address the dynamic demands of today’s workforce, enabling participants to secure sustainable and rewarding career opportunities.

GSNA Foundation has collaborated with the prestigious industrial organization,  Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), and Lohia College management through a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to establish this center. It will offer skill training to 1,000 youths and students every year, opening up employment opportunities both domestically and internationally.

GSNA CII Model Career Centre Is one of its kind in Rajasthan, located at a government college campus, leverages CII’s vast expertise and network to bridge the gap between industry needs and workforce readiness. CII designs industry-aligned training modules and is committed to placing at least 60% of program participants, using its extensive network to ensure job readiness and long-term success.

Shanti Devi Agarwal Skill Development Program aims to empower Churu and its surrounding areas by developing a skilled, self-reliant workforce. The program provides training, career guidance, and employment opportunities, focusing on inclusion and offering life-changing chances for youth, including marginalized groups. The vision is to prepare the youth of Churu to lead in innovation and contribute to India’s growth.
